1. INJURY PREVENTION FOCUS aka PREHAB

Perhaps you’re someone prone to injuries and getting fed up with it, or maybe you’re training for an event like a marathon and want to avoid developing a calf or Achilles injury along the way. Either way we’ve got you covered with program designs to build resilience against injuries and improve performance.

2. FUNCTIONAL FOCUS e.g. achieve 1st strict pull up
