Jay is a great physio who certainly knows his stuff. As a runner I had 2 lots of 6 week sessions with Jay & he sorted my knees with bespoke exercises & no physical treatment. I would certainly recommend Jay.

Jay assisted me with recovering from a hamstring tear. He provided a remote service including a bespoke exercise programme, which he adapted as I progressed. We had regular phone calls and Jay provided insightful guidance at each stage of the recovery journey. I would highly recommend!

I did remote therapy with Jay to help fix my ankls that I twisted 6 months ago and was still painful. Jay was very knowledgeable and great at explaining how to do the exercices properly from home. I've been doing them for 2 months now and have seen a huge improvement as I'm now pain-free and know how to maintain this for the future. Thank you Jay!

Fantastic service! Jay was super helpful and informative, and fun to chat with too! He gave me great guidance to overcome an Achilles injury, and doing physio virtually worked surprisingly well. Thoroughly recommend.

I consulted Jay for support and advice following an achilles injury. I was a little apprehensive about using a virtual service but it proved really successful. Jay was able to quickly work out the problems after asking relevant questions and he provided an excellent structured programme with realistic goals. I was really pleased that Jay listened to my questions during recovery and always had an explanation for any issues and problems as well as offering solutions. The sessions were well focused. I really liked the structured recovery , personal advice and the video exercise explanations. Happy to recommend.

Jay provided excellent advice relating to re-occurring calf strains I've been having. With only three months until a half-marathon, I sought expert help. Jay assessed the situation and put in place a plan to strengthen my calf muscles and help me safely build up running distance leading up to the race. He took the time to explain the plan and check I was comfortable with the exercises. He has shown a genuine interest in my progression in the follow-ups since the initial call. The half marathon is now only two weeks away but I've been able to reach 17km in training runs without further injury, which I wouldn't have thought possible given all the problems I was having. Thanks Jay!
