There are an overwhelming abundance of programs to choose from when you search online which can cost up to £250 per month. 1. INJURY PREVENTION FOCUS aka PREHAB
Perhaps you’re someone prone to injuries and getting fed up with it, or maybe you’re training for an event like a marathon and want to avoid developing a calf or Achilles injury along the way. Either way we’ve got you covered with program designs to build resilience against injuries and improve performance.
2. FUNCTIONAL FOCUS e.g. achieve 1st strict pull up
Maybe you have a specific movement you’ve always wanted to do like achieve your very first strict pull up or perhaps you’ve noticed that your squat form is breaking down and you want to improve it.
3. MOBILITY / FLEXIBILITY FOCUS
Is flexibility something you’ve always neglected but want to focus on? You’ve tried motivating yourself to do stretches regularly, you searched for some on YouTube but ultimately you just didn’t stick with it? You’re not in the shape you want to be in but you feel a bit lost as to where to start, lacking the motivation, and don’t have the time to organise it all yourself. We’ve helped clients with injuries to achieve their aesthetic goals, feeling and looking great. We’ll incorporate healthy habit tracking alongside calorie deficit and macro tracking to keep you on course along the way.
5. PRE-OP PREPARATION / POST-OP RECOVERY
We have helped clients prepare for operations such as ACL reconstructions, knee replacements and hip arthroscopy. These are arranged on a 121 basis as appropriate.
